This stuff is what my Nephew wanted and he enjoys it so all is good.

I did feel a moderate amount of pump, but the container was just under a quarter full, so I won't be purchasing this again.

Pros: This tastes great and gave me a good pump for workouts.

Cons:

Had the usual pre work out tingles but unfortunately this turned into the most unbearably itchy skin. The whole of my back and my arms. Have had to stop taking it.

Real shame.

The only thing this pre-workout has going for it is the taste—it's delicious! Too bad that's where the positives end. It did absolutely nothing for my energy levels. If I wanted a tasty drink that leaves me feeling just as sluggish, I’d just stick to chocolate milk! Save your money and go for something that actually works!

I've tried this pre workout a few times now before working out and I think it's great!

You just need one scoop of powder to 250ml of water and should drink about 30mins before exercising.

I find that pretty instantly I start to get a tingly sensation and have the urge to get moving. It helps to get my mood up before the workout and makes the exercise more enjoyable. I also think that is really improves my performance.

I find it best to not dip the Pre workout but to just quickly down it. The flavour is nice and enjoyable to drink.

This is strong stuff so make sure you follow the instructions and don't take more than recommended.

Bought this as Berry Blaze but got frosted lemon. Not notified why and was opened by my wife before I could get in contact so going to use it.

The product is good, it's just a shame you get half a tub

Honestly save your money it isnt worth it , only gives me a slight energy boost in the gym , the taste is very weird almost wants to make me vomit if i dont drink water after it not so great

Item is effective for a good gym session. Unfortunately on two separate occasions - I received out of date batch. Good of My GYm Supplements to refund straight away.

Pre need not be used by everyone, but is really good if you are trying to crush strength goals especially - this one, focusing on caffeine, is one of the market leaders, and for a good reason. Really good ingredients, to balance the extremely high caffeine hit with other ingredients to both stimulate, support muscle growth and balance the effects. Good for mental focus in the work outs, allowing you the energy and mental clarity to build that mind-muscle connection. Contains anti-oxidants in the form of green tea extract but also low sugar so doesn't impact macros. Good ingredients, mixes well, and tastes nice and is refreshing. Good product.

Designed for pre-workout activity basically gives you an energy boost due to all the energy inducing ingredients. It does make you feel tingly which is pretty normal for some of these type of products. The taste is a bit sour but after drinking plenty of water during a workout session this soon reduces considerably. USN have been around a long time, so they are a brand you can trust. This pre-workout is good value for money and can help make you progress if you have plateaued a bit. Overall 5 stars for the value and the ingredients, personally I am not too worried about the taste and haven't tried all of their flavours to compare.
