Shipping policy

At MyGymSupplements, all UK deliveries are handled by DPD for speed, reliability, and full tracking.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

  • Place your order before 2pm (Monday–Friday) to qualify for next working day delivery.

  • Orders placed after 2pm will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your DPD tracking number.

Handling Time

  • Next Day Delivery orders placed before 2pm → dispatched same day.

  • All other orders → dispatched within 1 working day.

  • No dispatches on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Free Delivery

  • Orders over £100 qualify for free DPD delivery anywhere in the UK.

  • Free delivery applies to the Next Working Day service for all eligible orders.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Estimates are shown at checkout and are based on working days.

  • While DPD is highly reliable, delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen events.

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us with your order number and tracking details.

Delivery Address

  • Your address is printed exactly as entered at checkout — please double-check before confirming.

  • We cannot change addresses once an order has shipped.

  • Failed deliveries due to an incorrect address will require a re-delivery charge.

Tracking Your Order

  • Use your DPD tracking number to monitor your delivery in real time via the DPD app or website.

Cut-off Times Recap

  • Order by 2pm, Mon–Fri → Next Working Day Delivery.

  • Orders placed after 2pm → processed the next business day.
