How long does it take to get a reply to my message?

We aim to respond to all messages within one working day (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm UK time). During busy periods, replies may take up to 48 hours, but we’ll always try to get back to you as quickly as possible

What should I include when contacting about an order?

It helps if you provide your Order ID (#MGS12345), the email address used at checkout, and a brief description of the issue (for example: “missing item” or “address change”). This makes it much quicker to resolve your query.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?

If you message before the 3pm same-day dispatch cut-off, we can usually update or cancel your order. Once an order has been dispatched, changes are no longer possible, but I’ll guide you through the returns process if needed.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email or SMS. Orders are shipped with DPD, and you can track them directly on their website. If you haven’t received tracking details, just send us your Order ID and we’ll resend the link

What’s the fastest way to get support?

Email is always the fastest and most reliable method. Just drop us a message at hello@mygymsupplements.shop with your order details. WhatsApp is also available for quick updates, but for official order queries, email keeps everything tracked and secure.
