Same day dispatch on orders placed by 3pm with DPD

UK only. Monday to Friday. Bank holidays excluded.

UK Delivery

  • Orders placed by 3pm ship the same day with DPD
  • Delivery Monday to Friday
  • Saturday delivery on request for non pallet orders over £250 or at carrier rate
  • Free delivery over £100. £5 plus VAT under £100

During peak periods or severe weather, deliveries may take longer. DPD will update tracking.

DPD Predict

  • One hour delivery window by SMS and email
  • Live map tracking with a final 15 minute slot
  • Change the delivery day if needed
  • Nominate a safe place or neighbour

Collection

  • Collect from Leicester by prior arrangement
  • Place your order at least 1 hour before arrival and bring your order number

Charges and Declined Deliveries
