Same day dispatch on orders placed by 3pm with DPD
UK only. Monday to Friday. Bank holidays excluded.
UK Delivery
- Orders placed by 3pm ship the same day with DPD
- Delivery Monday to Friday
- Saturday delivery on request for non pallet orders over £250 or at carrier rate
- Free delivery over £100. £5 plus VAT under £100
During peak periods or severe weather, deliveries may take longer. DPD will update tracking.
DPD Predict
- One hour delivery window by SMS and email
- Live map tracking with a final 15 minute slot
- Change the delivery day if needed
- Nominate a safe place or neighbour

Collection
- Collect from Leicester by prior arrangement
- Place your order at least 1 hour before arrival and bring your order number
