If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

7. Shipping & Delivery (UK Only)

All UK orders are delivered via DPD
Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Monday–Friday) qualify for Next Working Day Delivery
Orders placed after 3:00 PM are processed the next working day
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, weather conditions, or events beyond our control.

8. Returns, Refunds & Consumer Rights

We comply fully with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Customers have the right to return eligible items within 14 days of delivery
Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
Supplements and perishable items are non-returnable unless faulty or incorrect
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Banks may take up to 10 working days to process refunds
