Ordering Process

When you place an order on MyGymSupplements.Shop, it is processed manually at the premises of MY.SHOPGROUP LTD. This website acts as an invitation to treat. Any order placed by you is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our absolute discretion without giving a reason.
A binding contract is formed only when the goods are dispatched.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete details when placing an order. Please keep your account login details secure to prevent misuse.

Prices and Product Information

We aim to ensure all prices, images, and product details are accurate at all times. However, we reserve the right to amend orders and prices if necessary.
Manufacturers frequently update packaging and product formulations, meaning images or descriptions may occasionally differ from the delivered item. We will always supply the latest available version to ensure you receive fresh stock with the longest possible shelf life.

If you receive an incorrect item, we will offer a freepost return and provide a full refund upon receipt of the unused product in saleable condition.

Contract of Sale

When you place an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email confirming we have received it. This is not acceptance of your order. We accept your order — and form a contract — only when we send a Dispatch Confirmation Email.
If your order ships in multiple packages, each dispatch forms a separate contract for the items included in that shipment.

We reserve the right to limit purchases to typical household quantities.

Delivery

We use Royal Mail for most UK deliveries.
Typical delivery times:
- UK Mainland: 48 hours (excludes Scottish Highlands & Ireland)
- Other UK addresses: 5–7 working days
Dispatch time: usually 3–5 working days after placing your order.
Address labels are automatically generated based on the address you provide — we cannot be held responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses.

Royal Mail classifies UK parcels delayed more than 5 working days after dispatch as "Delayed" and more than 15 working days after dispatch as "Lost". If your order is declared lost, we will offer a refund or resend.

Delivery disputes must be raised within 5 days of the tracking status showing “Delivered.”

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are shown at checkout and depend on location, order value, and weight.
Orders over £60 qualify for free delivery, except heavy, bulk liquid, or glass items, which may incur a courier fee.

For delivery to countries not listed on our website, please contact us directly.

Re-Delivery Charges

Goods returned due to an incorrect delivery address or failed delivery will incur an additional delivery charge.

Temporarily Out of Stock Items

If part of your order is out of stock, we will ship the available items and refund the rest.

Returns Policy

Faulty or incorrect items: Notify us within 7 working days for a refund, repair, or replacement. Keep all original packaging.
Change of mind: Notify us in writing within 14 days. The item must be returned unopened and unused. Refunds exclude delivery charges. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged items: Notify us within 7 working days and provide photographic evidence if requested.

Cancellation

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can cancel and refund in full. If it has been dispatched, you must follow the returns process above.
