I use it to add some flavour up meat-free products for salads. Great tasting and low calories

Bought this from B&M £1.99, I read all these reviews expecting it to be awful, if I’m being totally honest, it's ok, not disgusting and the worst thing you’ll ever taste as half these comments state, it's very sweet and I have a sweet tooth so maybe that's why it's not as bad for me.

To be clear it tastes nothing like south west however sweet onion, for me anyway it does taste like this, I’d actually say a spoon full of this mixed into my bland rice and chicken will make it taste better even tho there probably is better south west out there but overall, £1.99 is a good price but has a fairly average

The taste of the sauce is not good at all because it is too sweet.

Very synthetic tasting, doesn't taste like "honey" bbq - just a generic bbq. For some reason leaves me with a headache after eating as well.

For getting a low cal dressing this is great. Doesn't overly taste like caesar but that's the reason it's low cal. It's very thin but It does the job for me!

Wish I’d read the reviews first - this went straight in the bin. The consistency is wrong and it tastes so sweet, it's absolutely disgusting. Having looked at the sugar content in ordinary mayo I have no idea how I got conned buying this in the first place!

I'll eat almost anything, but I just couldn't use this as it was so sweet and artificial tasting. It reminded me of when I was a kid and ate a Sweetex sweetener out of curiosity. Disappointing and it's left me with a weird taste in my mouth. Wouldn't recommend, sorry!

I have the same criticism of the other ‘sauces’. They are too thin and watery. This one is a bit thicker but still nowhere near the consistency it should be to be called relish. Relish also has bits in which are completely missing. This is a replication of the flavour of burger relish using chemicals. You could knock this up at home.

Flavour is OK, but could have more of a kick, consistency is far too thin for use use in rolls, sandwiches etc

After my first delivery arrived as packaging with no item I had a second one sent to me. I wish id refunded. I can't describe the taste, it's actually the single most bizarre flavour. Tastes of super garlic. Which it should t cos garlic isn't on the ingredients list. It's also insanely sweet for reasons better left to the imagination since it's a savoury sauce. It's an actual insult to my body to attempt to use this stuff. If you dropped a bottle on a city from a plane it would be a war crime.

Potassium Sorbate & Sodium Benzoate!! are 2 of those ingredients which are bad for you : Potassium Sorbate: A preservative used to suppress formation of molds and yeasts in foods, wines and personal care products. In-vitro studies suggest that it is toxic to DNA and has a negative effects on immunity.

Especially Potassium Sorbate is actually banned in Europe !!

Besides, the taste is horrible ! £8.00 in the bin

Don't waste your money, this is so sweet and tastes nothing like Caesar dressing, had one taste and threw it in the bin along with the bacon version which was equally awful

Nope. Nu uh. I've had a few of these items. The caramel syrup is great, but this is watery, tastes nothing like mayo and made me heave.

So I love a lot of the skinny food co products, they are often flavourful and great quality. However this product, the garlic and herb sauce was unsatisfactory, it tasted like mixed herb seasoning mixed with sweetener. It definitely needs a lot more garlic seasoning as well. All I can taste is herbs and sweetener which I was not expecting for the price you pay. But do check out there other products, particularly the syrups there great

Absolutely awful!!! Taste is horrendous and the cost of this product is disgustingly extortionate!!! Avoid this product, it's nothing like a garlic and herb sauce whatsoever. The watery consistency is strange too.

This product was not for me. It has a very thin consistency and very little bbq taste.

Probably the most disgusting thing I've ever tasted. A very strange chemically taste, very unpleasant, tastes nothing like BBQ sauce, straight in the bin, vile.

Really like the taste of this product, although more herby than garlic. Really great with potatoes and a great addition to my foods while on a strict meal plan. Slightly watery in texture but would buy again.

I am a huge lover of mayo and so I knew I needed to lower my expectation when trying Skinny Sauces as I knew they would never taste as good as the real thing, which is why it's so low calorie. However, I wasn't expecting it to be this awful. The sauce is extremely water'y, tastes of nothing and on top of all this, it cost about 3x the price of an ordinary condiment. Really disappointed, won't be purchasing again.
