5 servings a day twice a day is far too much. I see results with only 4 servings (scoops) once day.

Some of these reviews are unfair on the Nutrisport brand!

Ive tried so many other brands over the past 20 years and since i came across Nutrisport ive never tried any other brand!

Been using this on and off for around 15 years and in my opinion its the best ive had, tastes nice for a weight gainer product as these things are not designed to taste amazing due to there nature so what do people expect🤣 you cant even get a normal nice tasting milkshake from Mcdonalds anymore so go find better if you can😆 people expect too much now days!

Dont get me wrong not everyone has the same opinions on things but this is deffo the best on the market, well ima stick to this and stay happy doing so!

Always comes with a shaker which saves extra £££ and no the tub is not completely full as they never have been since i started using this 15 years ago but its 1.4kg so what are people on about seriously!

May well work, but would not recommend if taste is a major factor for you. Could only be forced down. Will try others for better taste once this one is finished.

No chalky taste. It does get a bit lumpy but better than other brands out there. Got me gaining a kg every week with drinking 1 portion per day. Will definitely buy again but maybe try different flavours

I've used this product for 4 days. What I've seen is a nice increase in muscle mass but without putting on too much weight which is perfect. I get how people say it can be lumpy but shake it longer an its perfect, jus needs more shaking than most traditional protien shakes but have seen the best results in shortest time with this shake. I have had 2 per day. The flavour was a little strange at first but I think the best way to explain it is banna, vanilla and little bit caramel ish. It's actually quite nice one you have shaken it to a thick shake with no lumps. Bit like a banana sunday. Great product with fast delivery. Will definatly be ordering this again once done with this 5kg 😁😁

The strawberry one isn't the nicest flavour, luckily I didn't order the 5kg, guess you don't buy it for the taste but i was also disappointed as it came with no shaker.

Arrived today on time, purchased under recomendation for my elderly father to gain weight after ill health. Product arrved with shake bottle , large canisters but half full. Not so what product taste like or if it does the job, i have read reviews prior to purchase, product clearly states to mix with milk not water as some reviewers have stated, so im going to use a blender as stated and see if it does the job the product states it does i will add to this review so far i am satisfied,, bit like a packet of walkers crisps they come half full too?

1. Ordered tuesday, recieved friday.

2. 1.4kg tub compared to other brands of approx. 908g for the same price.

3. Free 650ml shaker, 700ml to the brim, so the larger type, worth around £3 alone.

4. Not the best tasting compared to more expensive brands, can taste a bit powdery, heavy on the stomach if you use as directed.But no supplement milkshake ever tastes that great.

5. Some personal reccomendations;

The label directions are 5 scoops of powder (100g) to 1 pint of water.

However there is a 50ml scoop provided and when packaged the tub would have been a lot fuller, by the time you recieve it the powder will have settled so it appears the tub is only half full.5 scoops works out to more like 200g per serving.Heres what i do: 1. shake the tub up every so often to help fluff the powder back up again. 2. dont use 5 scoops use more like 2 and a half.

3. use milk instead of water for better gains and flavour

4. add 2 or 3 tablespoons of porridge oats for better weight gains

5. heat up your water or milk first, it tastes so much better

6. add an egg or just the egg white for more gains

These are my own preferences, obviously you will need to adjust to suit your own taste and weight management, hope this is helpfull.

Taste is good, slighlty sweet but i personallly like this. (Tastes like Strawberry Milkshake when mixed with whole milk). I gained 5 pounds per week using it twice a day as recommended. DOES NOT INCLUDE SHAKER AS ADVERTISED.

Great tasting weight gainer. However it's better to use an electric shaker as It can taste grainy when shaked with a manual one.

Heres what you do, take your £35, put it back in your pocket and run away!. Terrible terrible item. I can only speak for strawberry but it was horrendous. The taste, lumpy chemical taste is still firmly stamped into my senses and i fear that ill never be able to forget it. Every couple of weeks i would try to pull it out from the bed and give it another go in hope that the taste was slightly more bearable but no. The smell was probably the initial factor that had put me off. Something so bad i cant describe it. I must have attempted countless times to fix the taste using syrups, nesquick. Milk, water. I would use a shaker but as it was still lumpy and gooey, i thought a blender would fix my problems. It probably made it worse as the blender turned it into a frothy concoction that would perfectly suit its place in a bush tucker trial!

For the large period that i had it, I'm hesitant that i even used 500g, it eventually went into the bin. My only regret looking back now is that i hope a fox or other animal did not go rummaging inside the container and taste or smell the powder because no creature on earth deserves this!

The 1 star i gave it was too kind.

It's good value, and good nutritional value, but has a chalky taste, would buy it again though and recommend to friends

The portion amounts written on the instructions must be wrong. 5 scoops per pint of water?? If you put 5 scoops into your shaker bottle then there's barely any room for the water. I've been just having 1 scoop per drink and it seems to working.

this makes you gain pounds slowly but if you dont have any shakes in one day then you will go back to your normal weight so youd need to be drinking these every single day for the rest of your life which to me is pretty pointless

The product arrived promptly and was very reasonable in price, it also arrived with a free shake mug all in all I believe it was a good product at good price which tastes much better than some . I have however only tried it with milk (optional but alters the nutrition guideline on the back) so I cannot comment on how it would be with water. I have gained 3.5lbs in a week .

I will continue using this product and have already RE ordered.

Ok so other than the fact that when I received this producted it had been broken. weather that's due to the royal mail or the seller I dont know , this producted does work! Non of the flavours taste nice but it deffo works!. I must admit it did make me tired and instructions were not clear. On the back it says add 5 scoops to a pint of water 100g ? Which would work out to add to scoops? As 5 scoops of these add up to 250g
