Nutrisport 90+ Vegan Protein (Unflavoured) 908g

Level up your plant-powered nutrition with Nutrisport 90+ Vegan Protein—a smart, multi-source blend designed to make hitting your protein goal simple and delicious. If you follow a vegan or dairy-free diet, this is your no-compromise shake: a balanced 1:1:1 mix of pea, rice, and soya protein that together deliver a complete amino acid profile to fuel training, recovery, and everyday performance.

Why it works

Single-source plant proteins can sometimes fall short on key aminos. By combining pea, rice, and soya in equal parts, Nutrisport 90+ Vegan Protein provides a robust spectrum of EAAs and BCAAs to support protein synthesis—ideal post-workout or any time your body needs high-quality protein. With a low carbohydrate and fat formula, it fits seamlessly into cutting phases, recomp goals, or simply a cleaner daily routine.

Clean, simple, and versatile

Unflavoured and naturally sweetened with Stevia, this powder blends smoothly and won’t overpower your recipes. Shake it with water or plant milk, stir through porridge, blend into smoothies, or add to baking for a discreet protein boost. It’s a straightforward, dependable option for anyone who wants quality vegan protein without artificial additives or GM ingredients.

Who it’s for

  • Vegan and dairy-free athletes wanting a complete, reliable protein source

Light, tastes fine, good price, BUY IT

I never write reviews but I wanted to write one on this to contrast all the morons complaining about the taste on this and every other protein shake on the internet. First of all, you don't buy it for taste, you buy it for it's nutritional content, bulking properties etc.. If you're more concerned about the taste than how good it is then maybe you shouldn't be using it in the first place. That said it tastes fine, I mix it with soya milk and can drink it perfectly easily, like all other protein shakes I've ever tried it does have that grainy texture to it but what do you expect, it's a powder being mixed with a liquid. It does smell a bit but just don't breathe in through your nose as you put it to your mouth. Quite frankly for the price and health benefits you should have no reservations in buying it.

Best vegan protein

Very good protein powder, I've been using it for years. It's not grainy like other vegan protein powders

Excellent quality protein powder

Fantastic protein at this price point. I used to buy a lot of normal 90+ so I trusted the brand and wanted to try their vegan version. It did not disappoint. The taste is just fine for an unflavoured powder and it mixes well.

I would also recommend mixing it with soy milk instead of water. I won't say it makes it "tasty" but it's neutral enough that you can drink it normally without having to down it quickly like you do with some other brands. I find all protein shakes too thin with just water so the soy milk recipe is just a standard thing for me. An unflavoured protein powder will never taste good with just water so don't expect it.

DO NOT BUY!

DO NOT BUY. I had bought this before but when I reorder the label looked odd and pixelated, it gave different nutritional values to the previous pot I had bought before.

I liked this product because it was cheap and upped my protein but is it real?! I tried to find a website ...none. Facebook page.. doesn't exist. I even looked up the address it claims to be manufactured in again doesn't exist. For me it not worth eating something which might either have no effect or an adverse one. What the hell is this??

Perfect middle ground between Whey and Hemp Protein

To give this review some context: I started with trying (1) Gold Standard Whey protein, with strawberry; from there I tried (2) pure hemp protein; and now I'm trying this unflavored mix (3).

1) This was very sweet, and the mixing added a lot of bubbles. I fixed the sweetness by mixing it with more Soya milk than usual. The result was pretty good, but the bubbles still felt uncomfortable - as I take it before or after exercising. Towards the end of the tub, I also grew a bit tired of the same strawberry taste.

2) The hemp was like drinking sand. It tasted "healthy", but in a very unappealing way - not fresh and healthy. I kinda fixed that by adding some taste to the mix, my choice was Chadbury Drinking Chocolate powder, but I had quite a lot to cover up the taste. The result was still not good, and also felt less healthy then I was aiming for. The good thing about this protein though was the lack of bubbles! I could exercise with no issues, and I felt great both during and after the session.

3) The Nutrisport 90+ is like a balanced mix between the two: it isn't too grainy, it tastes quite neutral, almost no taste at all when mixing 70mg with about 0.6 liters of Alpro Soya milk. I added 2 tea spoons of Chadbury Drinking Chocolate, and the result was a perfectly tasty, slightly grainy - but in a good way – and the mix had almost no bubbles at all (just some at the very top of the glass).

If you want vegan protein, this is at least a powder easy to mix and consume. Don't know about the effect it has just yet, as I just started using it.

Be Careful

Be very careful! I ordered this one due to allergies, with it being pure pea protein according to the pictures. Until the product turned up and it was 1/3rd pea protein & 1/3rd soy protein. I am allergic to soy. Not hard to actually sell what you advertise!

Incorrect Ingredients, otherwise good

All in all this is the best vegan protein powder in terms of price. It mixes well and doesn't taste overly bad by itself so I just normally have this with water. The only reason I am dropping the stars on the review is the incorrect ingredients on this page as the actual tub contains 33% equally of rice protein, pea protein and soya protein. If not checked it could easily cause an allergic reaction for an individual so I feel that this needs changing. I was ok with this as it makes no difference to me, but having children which have severe allergies I can see how this could be a major problem and potentially a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Vegan Blend > Whey

I bought the 90+ Vegan blend unflavoured. Its only ingredients are rice protein isolate, pea protein isolate and soy protein isolate. Considering it is just raw ingredients it does not have an unpleasant taste, it tastes of practically nothing. I mix it with only 8 grams of pure cocoa powder and a small amount of stevia for sweetness and it tastes just as good as any flavoured protein powder, without the nasty chemicals and disgusting whey. Even without the stevia it still tastes fine.

Considering most people lack the digestive enzymes to digest lactose correctly and the fact powdered cow secretions smell and taste absolutely disgusting, I really don't know why anyone would get whey powder over this. If you have ever tried unflavoured whey, you would know it is the most foul and disgusting taste ever. My point being you can only disguise something that tastes like the backside of a fat man's gym shorts to a certain extent. I can highly recommend getting an unflavoured plant based powder and just adding some coco powder to it. Things like hot chocolate drinks and such also make a good mixer. The reason for this is that 99% of flavoured protein powders contain sucralose which is various studies has been shown to negatively impact gut flora. I can anicdoatly confirm this as when I was consuming HUGE amounts of sucralose I had loose stools and also extreme hunger which no amount of food could satisfy. This is the same symptom I get from antibiotics. Flavoured powders also generally contain various other undesirable ingredients. Unflavoured is also cheaper.

So considering whey tastes like crap, is hard to disguise, is poorly digested by most people and the very fact that drinking cow secretions is repulsive; I can highly recommend giving the vegan blend a go and using a bit of coco powder for flavour. I also have friends who have used hot chocolate powder and other powdered drinks for flavour with success. Personally I avoid drinking sugar outside of my workouts so plain cocoa powder is fine for me.

Vegan Nutrisport

I feel more energised when I have this after working out or adding it to my breakfast. I haven't had an upset stomach from it as some said they have (I have a sensitive tummy and it's been fine).

I will say one thing; you will need a good blender. This will not hand mix and will remain gritty and terrible tasting. Mix it with something to overpower the flavour in a smoothie blender and it should be fine.

It's good for the price in my opinion, however, I think with these things you kind of get what you pay for. I'm pleased with it but when the tub if done, I think I will go for something else (largely as I like to try new things).

I'd put it at good value, the tub is a lot bigger than I expected.

Fantastic price for a very decent product

When becoming vegan a few months ago, my immediate worry was how I'd get my protein. Now, actually educated in protein sources I still find this product excellent for getting protein for minimal calories (90% protein!!). I'm on my third container and have found the last to be very fine, making it really easy to mix with other things, which is essential as it's just the three protein sources so not at all pleasant (although, it's far from the worst tasting protein powder I've tried) by itself. To crave my chocolate desires, I sometimes just have a 30g vegan protein with 15-20g drinking chocolate powder (vegan) and add a little water to make a moose-y type snack, which is delicious and 200 calories for 29g protein.

Of the other unflavoured protein powders I've had - whey, pea and soya - the flavour is worse than pea alone, but better than the other two. It is also considerably the cheapest product I've had, although do consider that adding flavourings is somewhat essential. But, with the highest % protein, and not having the aspartame and other artificial stuff of other brands, it really is a healthy product. The overall healthiness is determined by what you add to it!
