EHP Labs Oxysleep Collagen

This product seems to make a lot of claims - from weight loss, anti-ageing, skin care, immune support and more.

It looks like a hot chocolate powder and you make it up like a hot chocolate drink. I have tried this with warm milk - it takes a lot of mixing to get it to dissolve. To be fair it doesn't taste too bad but not as good as a leading brand of hot chocolate.

The main ingredient is bovine collagen - the bones, skin, muscles from a cow - this key component for which many health benefits have been attributed. The other main ingredient is of course cocoa.

It has a quite relaxing effect but then so does a cup of hot chocolate. At this early stage of testing I cannot say I have noticed any improvement or change to my sleeping - I will try to report back if this changes.

The main drawback is of course the price which is a hefty £36. I guess if you think of it as just over a £1 a day it doesn't sound so unreasonable.

Overall though I remain to be convinced.

Was honestly sceptical but I tried this hoping it would help me get to sleep and give me better quality sleep as I've been struggling lately and it hindering my progress. BUT it's worked well so far, I fall asleep easily and I wake sooo much less frequently, maybe once or twice. Tastes ok, not quite as sweet as normal hot chocolate but still hits the spot

I’m finding EHP too expensive for what it is, not to mention the affiliate code being £3.99 off?! I used to love this, but find it keeps me awake for hours now rather than helping me drift off.

I’m not generally a hot chocolate person or hot cocoa for that matter, but it taste great and it has definitely contributed to having a deeper and probably more meaningful sleep.

Can't really comment on the weight loss benefits yet, but as somebody who is incredibly busy, I am enjoying the sleep element
