Directions

Take one daily serving (1 level scoop of powder, using scoop provided in container) of C4 Original, mixed with 150-200ml of water 20-30 minutes before training.

I literally reorder the same pre-workout every few months but this time around something totally different arrived, in new packaging, and it was so grim. Not only did it turn my Teeth and tongue and revolting shade of blue but it tasted foul. I don't know where my beloved silver tub green apple has gone but this ain't it and I can't get through to C4 to sort it. Save your money

I use this to get me through my morning workouts (I'm up at 3.30am!) So this gets me through it as I am nearing the 50 mark this year!.. i only take one scoop and it does the job well. Does not give me the jitters like some products have. Highly recommend.
