This stuff really works well, it definitely gives you a boost to help you keep going. It tastes ok, but not lovely, there's always a strong bit at the bottom that won't mix in, and that bit reminds me of beecham powder, worth taking though.

I use this to get me through my morning workouts (I'm up at 3.30am!) So this gets me through it as I am nearing the 50 mark this year!.. i only take one scoop and it does the job well. Does not give me the jitters like some products have. Highly recommend.

Flavour is okay. Small energy boost due to caffeine but other ingredients are under dosed so serve little purpose. Basically Flavoured caffeine.

Great product I've been going to the gym for a little over 7 months now and thought I'd try getting some Pre-Workout and I couldn't be happier with the one I got. It tastes amazing and mixes and dissolves easily so thankfully I'm not getting a load of powder at the bottom. Also as I am slightly new to buying gym I don't know how much these usually cost but personally i feel like its a good size and is great value for money. Just to top it off but these past few days when I've used it have felt amazing so all in all I couldn't be happier i got this :)

I bought this preworkout after trying one of their energy drinks. The flavour and pre kicks in really quickly and there is noticeable tingles after about 15 minutes when the beta alanine kicks in. So do be weary that can happen to you if you take a full scoop.
