Directions

Take one daily serving (1 level scoop of powder, using scoop provided in container) of C4 Original, mixed with 150-200ml of water 20-30 minutes before training.

Great product, does the job at a great price.

I use this to get me through my morning workouts (I'm up at 3.30am!) So this gets me through it as I am nearing the 50 mark this year!.. i only take one scoop and it does the job well. Does not give me the jitters like some products have. Highly recommend.

I've been using this pre-workout for a couple of weeks now, and it's become a staple in my gym routine. I take it about 25–30 minutes before training, and the boost in energy is noticeable without being overwhelming.

Great product I've been going to the gym for a little over 7 months now and thought I'd try getting some Pre-Workout and I couldn't be happier with the one I got. It tastes amazing and mixes and dissolves easily so thankfully I'm not getting a load of powder at the bottom. Also as I am slightly new to buying gym I don't know how much these usually cost but personally i feel like its a good size and is great value for money. Just to top it off but these past few days when I've used it have felt amazing so all in all I couldn't be happier i got this :)

One of my favourite pre workout drinks

C4 is one of my preferred pre workout drinks. I find the powder dissolves easy and quickly and the taste is less bitter than others. I tend to go for milder flavours. The watermelon was perfect. The powder kicks in quickly and doesn't make me itch. I feel stronger and have more energy for my workout without the feeling carrying on during the day and upsetting my sleep schedule.

This stuff really works well, it definitely gives you a boost to help you keep going. It tastes ok, but not lovely, there's always a strong bit at the bottom that won't mix in, and that bit reminds me of beecham powder, worth taking though.

Love this stuff

Tastes better than most soft drinks and has a nice rush not buzzy or headache inducing.

I’m on my second run and can not see me buying anything else.

Not only did it turn my Teeth and tongue and revolting shade of blue but it tasted foul. I don't know where my beloved silver tub green apple has gone but this ain't it and I can't get through to C4 to sort it. Save your money

Does the job, with a chalky after taste

It definitely gets me energised for a workout, and seems to have less of an initial affect of making your head itch that ABE has. But, it has a chalky after taste that's making me debate buying my old ABE product again just for the familiar taste.
