This is a nice blend of mushrooms that are said to provide a range of health benefits. Come in capsule form so are an easy supplement to swallow and digest. One month supply is provided.

The most effective mushroom blend I've tried. Well worth purchasing - super product.

I really like the little pot these supplements come in, its sits nicely under my counter where I keep my supplements and the dark glass and big label keep the supplements safe in the dark environment. These supplements contain lions mane, resisha and chaga, a nice trifeca of fungal immune boosting friends to support your overall wellness and bolster a healthy immune system naturally with some of natures best ingredients for doing so.

The jar contains 60 capsules which is enough for one month given the recommended dosage of 2 capsules daily with food. There are quite large capsules so definitely do recommend taking them with food like your main meal of the day. Not too large to swallow but the standard size of a med-large capsule.

For the ingredients they contain in those quantities this item is off good value at this price point for the duration they will last. It is too soon to tell if I would order this type again and I will aim to update once I have further used them with any improvements noticed.

I have been taking Lions Mane powder for a few months now making one drink a day in the morning. since this I am a great believer in the benefit of mushroom supplements. As such I was very pleased to receive these mushroom complex capsules from B-Yond Performance.

The 60 capsules come in a short glass container which has a screw top lid with a sealed top when first receive (please see photos).

The capsules are typical capsule size (please see photo next to a 1p coin) and are easy to swallow.

The recommended daily intake is 2 capsules a day, which would mean this item is 30 day's supply. Personally though, and because I am already taking Lions Mane powder in drink format I am just taking 1 of these capsules a day. This way will still benefit a lot more than was without taking them and the 60 capsules will last 60 days and not 30, which will make a big difference due to the not inexpensive cost. Obviously doing this I will be getting less of Chaga, Maitake and Reishi as drink I take is only Lions Mane.

The capsules are suitable for vegans and per photos the tub I received had a BBE date of March 2026, a good 23 months from time of order.

I do recommend this product to those already supplementing with mushrooms and to those wanting to dip their toe in and see if it is for them. As is the same before taking any new medication or supplement though please read up first to make sure that this is suitable for you to take. At current selling price of £22.50 though for 30 days supply I do thin the price is on the high side.

This is good value for a months supply of beneficial mushrooms. I love taking natural supplements and they help based on my experience. These came from the same supplier of my other supplements and they are doing a good job with this one too.

No negative side effects were observed after taking these for three weeks now.

Adding these mushroom capsules to my routine has made a noticeable difference in my daily energy and focus.

The blend with Lion's Mane really sharpens my mental clarity.... I think, especially during busy workdays. I also appreciate the calming effect of Reishi; it helps me stay balanced and stress-free(or maybe less stressed).
