Turkesteron and ecdysterone is a waste of money. No matter what brand, this thing doesn't work. Better buy some good pre-workout like Applied Nutrition Pump 3G

Brilliant product

Curiosity got the best of me and I decided to jump on the bandwagon and try turkesterone. I tried another brand previously but noticed no difference so tried an extended “cycle” of this one to give it a proper shot. 3 bottles in total at 4 pills a day, so plenty of time to see if it had an effect.

Honestly I can't say I noticed much difference. Possibly a slight boost in strength and minor weight gain but certainly within the range of both coincidence and/or placebo. This could be due to the compound itself being ineffective, or this brand in particular being under dosed or something (apparently a very common issue with turk supplements) The one thing I did notice is whilst taking I did feel a bit more aggressive, anxious and hot (just in temperature, unfortunately) Perhaps that's just the effect it has on me but won't for others.

Turkesterone is probably a nothing burger but it might be worth a go if you like throwing money at things to satisfy curiosity like I do. But don't expect any “legal steroid” hype. Even if you respond well it's likely not going to beat creatine and a protein shake.

A 1000mg dosage is on spot: the average dose is usually exactly 1000mg daily. The serving size is 2 pills

The pills are quite big, but not too big to have a problem swallowing them
