Directions

Mix 1 scoop (40g) with 100ml of cold water and whisk with a fork for 30 seconds. Make sure all powder is dissolved. Do not exceed 3 servings per day. Scoops are estimate only, weighing scales are recommended.

Great taste and texture is nice and smooth

I’m a big applied nutrition fan but sorry this is Absolutely disgusting… terrible texture … disgusting flavour and nothing like its description. Do not waste your £££ avoid this like the plague. Had one serving and now full bag will go on the bin

Opened the bag and was hit with an awful smell, had 1 serving and it tasted vile!

Following the instructions give you more of a paste than cookie dough. i added 2 tea spoons of caramel biscuit spread but unfortunately i won't buy again and probably won't open the packet again. which is a shame. maybe could be used to make and bake cookie dough or actually cookies but im not a baker.

My favourite high protein snack

This is my favourite protein supplement no question. The taste satisfies sweet cravings if you are watching your calorie intake (choco bueno flavour) and it makes you feel full. The calories are only slightly higher then a scoop of whey per serving so it works well to swap out occasionally for post gym whey shakes, (this has casein and whey i believe so a lower bv then a whey shake). If you want a cookie dough texture then mix with less water. I had it a perfect consistency by my second use and I will be buying this going forward.

I ordered the Bueno flavour, obviously not as nice as kinder but pretty close.

Only thing is this is very expensive, not something I will be able to order on repeat.

This is hands down one of the best protein snacks I've ever had! The cookie dough flavour is spot on—rich, sweet, and satisfying without tasting artificial. With over 22g of protein per serving, it's great for a post-workout snack or just to curb sweet cravings. So happy with this one!

Avoid

Tried it multiple times, doesnt result in anything similar to cookie dough just a runny sugary slop

Smells and looks like cookie dough, taste very chemically

Had high hopes for this when i made it as it smells delicious and looks like cookie dough however the taste is very chemically and this is coming from someone who does not really mind artificial flavours ect not worth the £35 at all. Its a large bag and makes a decent amount per portion

This one unfortunately was not for me. I didn't really like the texture or the taste here, it's quite artificial. Smells great but I just wish it tasted as good as it smells.

You do get a fair bit in the bag so if you do manage to get on well with this you'll at least have a ton to keep you going.

Unfortunately though, it's just not for me. 2*.
