Really effective. Within 10 minutes my energy levels increase along with mental agility. My go to for intense training.

Does nothing...no extra energy, no fat burn, literally a very expensive waste of money!

Whilst you do get a boost, using this as part of your breakfast and then going onto a workout doesn't work as it really takes too long to become effective. I've found my gym session come substantially harder. Especially in cardio.

Better bet is the shred x powder which has a very rapid effect.
