I've been ABE's preworkout powdered version for a while now. But having discovered the cans I may stick with these as it's easier than worrying about measuring the dose as much, also tingles from the beta-alanine (which I hate) seems less. They also taste great, I've made a mess in my kitchen trying to create a fizzy pre-workout in the past before I knew this was around 😂

Have tried other flavours of this previously and thought I’d give the apple one a try. Really nice flavour, not too sweet and doesn't give my heart burn in the same way that some other energy drinks do. Good caffeine hit for my workouts and for my night shifts.

These have such a great flavour, much better than any other energy drink I've tried

As a big Fanta grape lover I was excited for these but the taste is more like blackcurrant menthol soothers than Fanta grape but still drinkable.

Great taste, just like a red bull. Not the best flavour in the ABE range as cherry is the GOAT. But still good

I love the cherry flavour and not too sweet. Great for a boost for gym sessions i feel the difference having consumed, I can do extra reps and workout that bit longer before fatigue sets in

This is the 3rd flavour I've tried. It's not my absolute favourite. It taste so nice . Unbelievable that it's sugar free.

I really like these drinks because they have amazing taste and sugar free and gives me so much energy when needed in gym their are quit expensive In my local gym :) so it's good that My GYm Supplements do them for a good price 10/10 for 12 cans is not bad at all I’ll be buying some more in the future 😊 great quality
