Directions

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very Disappointing – No Effect and Poor Quality

I spent a lot of time researching different pre-workout products before deciding to try Warrior, as the brand has a good reputation. Previously, I had been using a cheaper pre-workout and thought it was worth investing in a product that was supposed to be higher quality.

Unfortunately, the negative reviews I had read turned out to be accurate. The powder has a strong chemical smell, is very grainy, and is extremely difficult to dissolve – the hardest workout you’ll get is shaking the shaker. Even after doubling the recommended serving, I experienced no boost, no buzz, and no noticeable benefit to my workouts.

Overall, I’m very disappointed with this product and would not recommend it to others.

Does fairly good job but mixes terribly but they all suffer with this , but for me I get raised heart rate into evening so product just not for me but that just might be me I have tried others and I didn't get this feeling.

I feel like this product deserves a review. It definitely gives a better pump and my advice is to take it 30-45m before your workout as it surprisingly takes a bit of time to digest and work. Another surprise is that it keeps in working and working even when you do those 2 hour long workouts! Tastes okayish-fine like every other pre on market. I mix it in my promixx so I have no problem with mixability and some residue comes on top but that's pretty normal. I would definitely be buying this again and again and offcourse for the surprising low cost on sale for less than a tenner.

On opening it looked ok, lots of white clumpy powder balls in there with the red one powder, others mentioned it didn't mix well and I must say it doesn't. I've whisked it with a fork for some time to eliminate the as much of the clumpy balls as I could, then put 1 scoop with 200ml water in the ninja blast to mix, mixed 3 times and still not fully mixed, a white foam settles on the top of the mixture. Left in the fridge overnight as others suggested and downed in one 30 mins before my work out. I did notice a slightly better pump in the chest and arms and it is only my first ever time trying it so will see how this goes over the next couple of weeks. I'd have gave 5 stars if there were no mixing issues.
