Super light and easy to drink

Its actually really nice, I got the fruit punch one, there's alot of negative reveiws on it but I think its alright, definitely nicer and alot lighter than the thick protein shakes, doesn't taste chalky either. The only thing I don't like is that its super foamy but other than that its fine, it also dissolves great too. It just tastes like squash which is great for people trying to put on muscle or a bit of weight, its got 94 calories per scoop and 22.56g of protein so its spot on! It also comes with a scoop which I love :)

Go for the Pineapple 🍍

The pineapple one tastes exactly like pineapple juice and gets 5*, the fruit punch however tastes like battery acid and gets 1*

Full of Chemical Additives

I give myself 1 star as well for not reading the ingredients or the reviews, I just saw the price reduction and did a blind buy on the Sour Apple.

To echo other reviewers: full of fake chemical colours, overly sweet and I even diluted into a 1 litre bottle of water where the recommendation is 200ml! It doesn't dissolve that well, it needs quite a lengthy vigorous shake.

No sour tang either, Protein Works sour cherry and apple is infinitely better and actually tangy.

Buy British or EU or Australian and stay away from these American cancer products
