*** Warrior Creatine Monohydrate Powder + Vitamins 360g - Performance & Recovery - Pure Micronised Multivitamin Nutrition Blend - Vitamin A, B12, C, D, Magnesium, Iron, Zinc - 80 Servings (Citrus Blast) ***

First things first, the only real drawback to this IMO is that the dosage of the Creatine is a little low. However, this is easily rectified by just taking a bigger scoop. You get 3.5g of Creatine per serving with this, but most people will want 5g per serving. So taking 1.5 scoops (basically just one big scoop) will get you there.

Outside of that, this is perfect. The taste is actually pretty good, I was a little worried since it shows a picture of an orange on the front and I don't like orange stuff usually, but this mixes all of the citrus fruits really well to create a nice tangy flavour that doesn't really taste of any one fruit but is just a nice fruit cocktail in your mouth.

It also comes with the added bonus of having a multivitamin built into this as well. So you get a little top up of each of your main minerals and vitamins along side the Creatine Monohydrate. Do you need this? Possibly not. But it is a nice 'just in case' to have IMO.

Price wise, this is a little more expensive than you would pay for just plain Creatine Monohydrate by the same company, but it is still a pretty good price and more than competitive when compared to other brands too. And even when you take into account having 1.5 servings instead of 1 serving, the price still works out pretty good overall. Especially when considering the multivitamin you're getting along side.

All in all, Warrior is a brand I have been using for a long time now, typically just their flavoured Creatine Monohydrate on its own, and this lives up to the quality I have come to expect from them. Definitely feel happy to recommend this to people.

A broken inner seal, powder everywhere, no scoop + artificial sweetener taste = a bad blend

Overall: ★★☆☆☆

While the notion of a combined creatine and multivitamin supplement is rather compelling, my initial experience has been somewhat underwhelming. The fundamental concept of Warrior Creatine + Vitamins is sound, aiming to offer a one-stop solution for athletic performance and general wellness which I like the sound of. The citrus flavour is pleasant enough, more orange/lemon than lemon lime, though the overpowering artificial sweetness totally detracts from the natural zing I had expected from it. Dissolving the powder, however, is a notable issue, demanding a good deal of effort to achieve. What's more, the container I received had the inner seal broken open, and the lid lightly screwed on, so there was powder everywhere which I had to clean off with a damp cloth. Also, there wasn't a scoop with the powder, so all in all, a disappointment right off the bat - a poor first impression indeed! While the blend of nutrients appears to be a good one, my overall initial experience with it leaves a great deal to be desired.

Dissolvability ★★☆☆☆

Getting this powder to dissolve properly in water requires a truly concerted effort. Even after vigorous stirring, the liquid remains quite cloudy and you are left with a powdery residue at the bottom of the glass. It's a rather frustrating start to a supplement, as one expects a seamless integration into one's daily routine, not a minor battle with sediment.

Flavour ★★★☆☆

The citrus flavour itself is quite agreeable, offering a bright and zesty tang that makes it perfectly palatable. However, the taste of the sweetener is far too pronounced and tastes rather artificial, leaving a somewhat cloying aftertaste. It’ll feel like a definite improvement on unflavoured creatine for some folk, but it certainly could be more refined.

Container ★☆☆☆☆

My experience with the container was nothing short of a total disappointment. Upon opening the paper bag, I found the inner seal of the tub was already broken, and the lid lightly seated, which meant the powder had leaked out and coated the entire container. Not only was this unhygienic, but it also raised concerns about the product's integrity. Furthermore, despite the product description clearly mentioning a scoop, none was present in the tub, making accurate dosing an exercise in guesswork, or in my case, weighing scales.

Value ★☆☆☆☆

Considering the issues with the container, the slow dissolving powder (I gave up and just necked it!), along with the artificial sweetener taste, I’m not very keen on this tub at all. Having said that, the blend of creatine and vitamins is a good idea, but the overall flavour and its containment fall so short that it's difficult to see this as worthwhile.

Tastes fine, no caffeine

Warrior is one of those products that I have taken on Vine, enjoyed, and then gone on to buy more. That was their Creatine + Energy product, one that contains caffeine.

Wishing sometimes to have a drink that contains creatine a bit later in the day, I was happy to order this Creatine + Vitamins product which, as far as I can see, contains no stimulants.

Having opened the tamper-proof seal, I could immediately smell a lovely, citrus aroma. I mixed it with spring water and an ice cube, and after quite a bit of stirring there was a distinct piña colada appearance. Taste-wise, it is fine, not quite as enjoyable as the mixed berry, but certainly not unpleasant. However, there is a distinct artificial sweetness that I am not entirely sure I enjoy.

The powder does seem to contain quite a few solids that will mix into water but not dissolve. This means if you leave the drink for a while it will start to settle and require another mix. When you drink, you can feel the solids; the drink is a bit on the gritty side, but I am used to this now and do not find it unpleasant.

There are many studies as to why you should take creatine. I am happy that this powder contains, amongst other vitamins, D3, something that I was advised to take by a doctor, so I potentially no longer need to take a daily tablet.

Artificial sweetness aside, I like this product. When mixed, it tastes good, especially chilled. What I also really like about the Warrior products is that I think they are good value for money. You get 80 servings in one of these tubs, so over two months’ supply. It has to be said that the studies I have read regarding creatine suggest 5 g; this contains 3.5 g per serving, so appears a bit on the low side.

In summary, good value, tastes fine, and a reputable brand.

Creatine + vitamins

The Warrior Creatine Monohydrate Powder provides solid recovery and performance benefits, with the added bonus of a micronised formula that mixes well without the typical grit of regular creatine. The added multivitamins (A, B12, C, D, E, magnesium, iron, and zinc) are a good addition for overall health.

However, the big drawback is the creatine dose. The recommended serving size is 5g, but this powder only provides 4g per serving, which falls short of the optimal dosage. While it may still provide some benefits, it doesn't fully match the recommended amount for maximum effectiveness.

Additionally, the Mixed Berry flavor isn't the best. It's overly sweet and artificial, which may be off-putting to those who prefer a more natural taste. It dissolves well in water, but the flavor might make it harder to enjoy consistently.
