While it's a food product for what it contains the actual flavour proper sucked. I ended up giving it away to a friend because I just felt the flavour was weak.

May main concern is that the print on the label is way too small and the font doesn't help. Having to write this review within 30 days does not give enough time for the muscles to respond to the powder so I can't comment on the performance.

Luckily this tastes better than it smells! On opening the tub I thought it smelt overly sweet and artificial, but I drank this during my regular weights workout instead of water and was actually quite impressed.

It tastes fine and I really did feel like it gave me an energy boost, definitely more than I was expecting.
