The Skinny Food Co Zero Calorie Syrup

Terrible stuff. I wish I could have returned it for a refund because it was a complete waste of money. I don't think anyone buying this would expect a taste sensation as we have opted for a zero calorie product but it doesn't come close to what it is marketed to be - it is neither syrupy or amaretto-like. In fact, it barely tastes of anything - you just end up putting something that is gloopy and almost oily on your otherwise nice food and then trying to scrape it as far away from said food as possible. Please don't bother and save your money. I have only just started buying low-calorie syrupy so can't make much of an alternative recommendation but for what I've tried, at least the My Protein Butterscotch syrup came very close to being what it claimed and tasted half-decent, unlike this stuff. Not happy about losing money on this rubbish.

When I went to open this it stank of petrol with an underlying smell of banoffee pie. I thought maybe when no tried it i thought it might taste better than it smelt. After one spoon full of the yogurt I mixed it with I spat it out. Now trying not to puke my guts up and every time I burp I taste petrol. I'm pretty convinced that there must of been a slight opening in the seal as it was clearly gone off. No one would make something this vile on purpose.

This has a very sweet sickly flavour. It doesn't taste like banoffee pie at all.

Amazing taste, I was scared to order bc of other reviews, but this is actually such a great taste, it's very nice thick syrup consistency, goes perfect with my iced matcha latte😭😭✨

Ive tryed 5 didn't flavours of this brand and im sorry to say they where all revolting. Left such a bad taste in my mouth. That even made my stomach ache and cramp. The texture is thick like over set jelly.

Not happy that it's out of date in less than a month

Purchased the Amaretto and Maple Syrup flavours as I'm currently following a keto diet and needed a zero calorie syrups to make their porridges taste much nicer.

I absolutely love amaretto or anything almondy normally and after reading some reviews was a bit skeptical but was pleasantly surprised. I added it to a berry porridge which had dried fruits in and honestly really enjoyed as it made it taste like a cherry Bakewell.

The maple syrup flavour I'm not very keen on on the porridge, but hopefully will find some sort of use for it.

However, as much as I say this, it does taste zero calorie so only buy if you can handle that as they are very pricey.

I've read on some reviews to put it in the fridge to thicken so I may just do that as it has a maple syrup type consistency to it.

Absolutely disgusting. Runny and tastes nothing like Amaretto.

Binned it after a single use and won't be buying it again , nor any of the other ranges from this brand.

I actually began to like this flavour the more I used it. Always stuck to maple syrup and salted caramel but this will now be a regular.
