Perfect product to always have in your kitbag

Great for a boost of energy at half time of a match, really see the difference in proformance when taken this supplements. 2nd time buying them and will be buying again

Disappointed when this arrived as the box was ripped, however, the content of 12 lemon and lime energy/electrolyte gel were all intact.

Each of the sachets contains 70g of a flavoured soft sweet gel, which was quite a strong lemon on lime flavour. Although badged for football, these are equally relevant for any sporting activity - I have put a couple in my road bike when out cycling. They provide a quick way for an energy boost, when your energy levels drop during an activity.

Perfect workout supplement if you want to avoid caffiene!

It is no secret that a good supplement can improve how you perform, whether that be at the gym or a football game. This fuel90 energy gel by Soccer Supplement is consistently effective at keeping me on my A game, locked in and energised during my weight training and HIIT workouts. The small sachet makes it easy to take on the go to the gym as it literally fits in my jacket pocket. Great value for 12 sachets too!

I love this gel as unlike sports drinks, you wont experience any cramps. Furthermore, it is absorbed by your body more efficiently and faster. As it is all natural and scientifically backed, you won't experience that unwanted energy crash. I found that 1 gel provided me with focused energy for up to 45 minutes which is perfect for me to get that pump from weight training. This gel doesn't include caffeine and rather is powered with electrolytes and carbohydrates. This is great for endurance workouts too as the electrolytes will help to keep you naturally hydrated. So less water breaks and stiches, and more performing in the gym!

I find the taste as mix of sweet and sour which is great. I really like this sort of flavour. 12 pack comes in a package each of them contains 70ml of gel.

This naturally made gel is perfect boast for players or workers mainly for those who engage with their physical strength.

I would happily recommend for the product which is good value for money.

Very typical of their type. I normally use SIS gels for long bike rides and these gels have similar ingredients designed for nutrition and performance. I suspect the "football" aspect of the branding is simply to address a potential new market, but I don't think there's anything here to differentiate them from other energy gels. Other than the price; these are considerably more expensive than SIS. In all other respects they are fine; they taste pleasant enough and are easy to absorb.

Been playing football since I was 15, I'm now 34 and close to hanging up my boots, thought I'd try these to give me a little boost, and to be fair they did work well, energy levels definitely increased, will be buying more! Made it part of my pre game routine.

The gels were out of date by over a year. I only realised when I had an upset stomach after taking one.
