Absolutely brilliant, tastes like mild strawberry milkshake and works a treat. Tried one during a 23km walk and kept me hydrated and going. Helps to body to maintain hydration and not lose water through pee.

Had no side effects at all. Will definitely try again and probably buy more in the future. The instructions say mix with 500ml of water but my bottles are 750ml and worked very well.

The flavour is really strong. I mean, surprisingly strong. Usually, I put electrolytes into a glass of water, but the instructions say to put in 500ml water and you really need that much to dilute it down. Even then, it's very strong. Individually wrapped sachets, just add to water. Super simple to use.

The flavour is fantastic. Sweet, but also has that electrolyte salty taste which makes you know it's doing something.

Bit on the pricey side, but a good way to test the product. Cheaper alternatives if looking for large quantities

I have tried a few electrolyte brands and while some of them are better than others, the majority of them I just do not find particularly palatable and hence avoid drinking (which defeats the purpose).

This electrolyte mix by SiS however is an exception - while it still absolutely has the characteristic taste of electroly drinks, I found the combination with lemons to be very nice.

I could best describe the drink as something akin to a salty lemonade, which I found pleasant and easy to drink.

As expected the drink also contains most of the main nutrients you need when rehydrating and it all comes in very small pouches that mix with water very easily.

At the time of writing this 6 pack is £4.91 (discounted from £8), which makes a single pouch ~82 pence.

This is a little steep for what this is and there is a lot of competition what available for much less per serving.

Having said that, the combination of brand name, compact form factor and good taste may persuade you with sticking with SiS.

Overall, I think this is a good product, though at a slightly elevated price.
