Love this Product

Much nicer than other brands I've used in the past, I find this a great meal-replacer mid-day or in the evening - love the flavour, easy to mix and digest. I do like the pouch format as it takes less room in the cupboard but getting the pack to reseal isn't always easy (not much of an issue, just yet another use for the humble clothes peg!). Note also the pack doesn't mention one of this company's 'provenance' commitments: all their whey ingredients come from grass-fed cows, which is better nutritionally and ethically.

Mix with fruits

i tried the chocolate and strawberry versions of this shake and whilst the strawberry flavour tasted delicious by itself, the chocolate definitely needed mixing with other ingredients. They both go really well with greens, mixed berries, banana etc.

There is a portion scoop provided although you may have to dig for a bit to find it - but it was a really useful addition to make sure i was having consistent amount without having to order some scales.

I was having trouble consuming solid food due to health issues and this was without a doubt the best shake i tried (despite the chocolate being a bit of an acquired taste). It wasn't bitty and wasn't super sweet which is how a lot of these shakes can often end up tasting. Its easy to blend and the packaging clearly states the nutiriontal benefits promised of the product.

It also helps that it isn't ridiculously overpriced :)

It is good value for money and if it really is what is says on the box, then also nutritious. I would like to see the Sucralose removed, especially in light of the WHO declarations on artificial sweeteners being cancerous and does not aid in weight loss. Hope they clean up the product soon.

They've also had a longer tenure in the supplements market. Goodbye, Reflex!

I've used Reflex Nutrition for years and would highly recommend them. However, I feel this product is way too expensive. It didn't help me at all, I was still hungry. Its full of good ingredients, tastes nice, but not filling. I would only buy again if it was on offer.
