Lycan Labs Untamed Creatine Gummies

Thought i'd give these Lycan untamed creatine gummies a try & i actually really liked them.

I thought the lemon flavour tasted really nice, it wasn't too overpowering or too sweet, which made for a really enjoyable experience.

Up till now i have tried a handful of these creatine gummies from a few different companies & would say i feel like these Lycan untamed gummies have performed just as good as any other brand of gummies i've tried so far.

However where most do offer up to 5mg of creatine these only offer 3mg of creatine & have a serving size of six gummies!

Which wasn't a deal breaker as i genuinely did enjoyed taking them but it does mean a tub only offers a 15day supply where as the others I've tried is normally around 3-4 gummies per serving, offer 5mg of creatine & have a 30day supply in the tub.

One thing i love with these gummies is just how convenient they are to take verses using powders, there's no measuring, no mixing or lost scoops buried at the bottom of the tub.

While training i definitely feel like these Lycan untamed gummies have helped my sessions & as i've said previously did perform as good as any of the other brands i've tried.

Overall i really liked these, they worked well & helped give my sessions a little boost.

They tasted great & are so much more convenient compared to using powders.

I've been using creatine on and off for years, but these gummies are a new level of convenience – no mixing, no chalky residue, just grab a few lemony bites and get on with it. Great for a dad who's squeezing workouts between nappy changes and bottle feeds.

Each serving packs in 3000mg of monohydrate, which is spot on for daily maintenance. I usually take mine post-workout or when I remember mid-chaos, and I've noticed the usual solid benefits – bit more endurance, quicker recovery, and my lifts haven't suffered despite the lack of sleep (small miracles).

Taste-wise, they’re actually really decent – a bit like chewy lemon sweets, not too sharp, not too sweet. I do have to stop myself from grabbing more than I should, which says a lot considering most supplements taste like punishment.

Pros:

No mixing, mess or measuring – dead easy

Lemon flavour is surprisingly nice

Solid dose per serving for muscle recovery and strength

Great option for anyone who hates powders

Cons:

Easy to snack on accidentally – label them well if you've got older kids

Slightly pricier than bulk powder, but worth it for convenience

If you’re trying to keep your gym routine on track despite having a baby hanging off your leg, these are a brilliant grab-and-go option. And they don't taste like gym floor, which is always a bonus.

Being a vine reviewer for some time now, I've had the opportunity to test tens of different creating gummies and these are probably one of the worst ones I've had. Let me explain.

- The branding is absolutely dreadful and it needs completely re-doing - looks like they gave it to the work experience kid

- You can barely taste the lemon flavour at all, it tastes pretty much of nothing

- Ingredients look fine until you see the "Natural Flavourings" which tells you nothing. Why can't a company use lemon oil and be transparent about their ingredients?

- Texture is fine and chewy until you get to that gritty creatine texture

- Dosage is the worst I have come across - 6 gummies per day. How on earth have they managed to spread a dose of creatine across so may gummies, but make the texture still so gritty? And it's not even a regular 5g dose, it's 3g

- As a result, the value of the product is ridiculous as you only get 15 days worth of product for £20.39

- It's allegedly made in Blackpool....

Do not buy this product

I so wanted to be kind about this product, the form of the pastilles, sugar coated gummies, the great flavour and the honest formula, glucose, sugar and Beef gelatine yay! not chemical sweeteners and stuff. A few grams of sugar won't harm you! (unless your doing Keto - these are not for you).

But they are so weak! Serving is 6 gummies to get to just 3000mg, many people prefer to take at least 5000mg.

So the 90 are just 15 days supply for £24! that is pretty outrageously expensive, you need some very specific reason to pay that much for such a weak dose, so many other alternatives available.

Only minor detail in its favour, it seems to be UK sourced and the packaging is UK labelling law compliant.

Picked these creatine gummies up thinking they’d be a gimmick—turns out they’re not bad at all. They taste like a chewy lemon sweet, none of that chalky protein-powder nonsense.

Took a couple before and after workouts for a few weeks. Not sure if I’m lifting double or just more motivated because they taste like sweets, but I've definitely seen myself push harder and recover quicker. No bloated feeling, either—which I've had with powders in the past.

90 in a tub lasts ages, and they’re easy to chuck in your gym bag without worrying about scoops or mixing. If you’re after a simple way to get your creatine without faffing about, these gummies are worth a go.

I wanted to like these gummies more because they looked good with a sugar coating, the ingredients list looks decent and I like that they are made in the UK. However, the recommended serving per day is 6 gummies so with only 15 servings they are very expensive, far more than other similar gummies.

The other problem with needing 6 gummies is the taste / flavour. 1 or 2 is fine and taste ok but anymore than that and the lemon flavour gets very bitter, quite unpleasant the more gummies you have. Also, despite the sugar coating they also become very dry after a couple of gummies. The combination of dry mouth and bitter flavour just don't do it for me, a shame as I normally like lemon flavour things.
