Didn't notice any prebiotic effect on my stomach and it tasted like soluble asprin

this was so so tasty! and good for your gut so what's not to like?!

For all my sins I enjoy a daily diet coke just after lunch, around 3pm as a mid-afternoon pick-me up. Given all the bits I'd seen in the news and across social media about how bad some of the ingredients (I won't bother trying to spell them...) were in it, I'd been trying to find an alternative - but I'm a little fussy with my flavours.

Gave Living Things a try and think I'll be sticking with it, really great flavour (need to try the raspberry next!), not as fizzy as a DC which I think is a good thing, no nasties in it (woohoo) and it's nice to support british start-up.

If you're looking for an alternative, I would recommend giving it a try.

Only has a subtle taste

Bought this on a whim and my god it's delicious. Not overly sweet, juicy flavor, refreshing. Good alternative to soda and also love having one instead of an alcoholic drink in the evening

I honestly don't understand how people found the ginger "subtle" and the lemon lovely and balanced. I got hit with an almighty hit of spicy ginger and thought I had grew hairs on my chest within the first gulp. Very very strong ginger, hardly any lemon taste.

Such a delicious and refreshing alternative to your sugary sodas, with an added benefit to your gut - what's not to love! We now have a monthly subscription of both Lemon & Ginger and Raspberry & Pomegranate, and each delivery is such a highlight. 10/10!!

I love a nice fizzy drink but I rarely keep them in the house. I am not a fan of sugar substitutes and these days it is increasingly difficult to find sodas that do not use them. So I had high hopes for this prebiotic soda, which is all natural, low in sugar, and good for your gut, and came in the delicious-sounding peach and blood orange flavour (peach soda was always a favourite growing up in the States). First impressions were good, with the can opening with a noticeable burst of peachy aroma. Sadly the flavour is much less intense, and the lack of added sugar does show. This is much nicer than unsweetened fizzy water, but it has a similarly diluted taste. Even still I might be tempted to buy it as, flavour-wise, it offers a pleasant enough happy medium between artificial soft drinks and plain fizzy water, but at the current price of £23.99 for 12 cans, there is no way I can justify the expense. If you can afford it and are into both fizzy drinks and healthy eating (drinking) then I do think this would be a good alternative. Just don't buy it expecting it to have the same level of sweetness as a “full fat” soda.

Nice taste but not worth the expense. Cheaper to make your own if you have the time.

Love the refreshing taste of lemon and ginger.

I feel much better in taking this drink, as its not overpowering fizzy. Light and sparkling with health benefits.

Good value for the price.

I rarely if ever drink fizzy/soft drinks but this is very different imo. It's not so fizzy and has a gentle, subtle but delicious taste. Certainly not cheap but worth the difference for the way it makes me feel.

I was pleased to be able to try this low sugar fruity soda as soon as I realised it has no nasty sweeteners!

I tried the Peach and Blood orange flavour which is perfect if you love peach flavours! To my taste, I couldn't really detect the blood orange though.

It's got a nice fizz to it, not super carbonated, but just the right amount.

It isn't a super sweet drink, but to me, as I normally drink unsweetened seltzer style drinks I found it just right considering it's sweetened just by fruit juices.

I'd like to try the other flavours in the range, it's a shame that there isn't a mix pack. Perhaps this is something that the brand might consider offering in the future!

The lemon and ginger is fantastic! As was the watermelon. (The raspberry is quite sweet though! ) We loved them and will definitely reorder…

Particularly like the flavour range, great to have as a non-alcoholic drink that's not too fizzy, with natural ingredients. An every day grown up drink either with food or on it's own

Big fan of this brand and this flavour is delicious, the right balance of lemon with a hit of ginger. I recommend all their flavours, great for the gut too, not acidic, not too sweet but not hard to drink either. Really good 👍🏼
