One of the nicest protein bars out there

Great taste and chewy texture which makes these possibly the nicest protein bar I've managed to find.

Perfect for a sweet treat which really feels like you’re having a bar of chocolate without breaking your diet/meal plan.

Good protein content to help meet daily goals.

Would strongly recommend having something to drink afterwards (or at the very least checking your teeth) as found they do stick to your teeth a little bit and can lead to some unusual looks from other people

I have tried some other protein bars and I can say that those taste absolutely amazing. I thought the ones I had tried before tasted ok but I didn't know protein bars can get that much nicer. The flavour absolutely great. The texture soft and easy to chew. It feels like you are treating yourself to an amazing sweet bar without the consequences of high carbs and high fats. You are actually not destroying your diet by eating 1 if you ever feel like having something sweet. I couldn't believe that protein bars could taste that nice without having a ton of sugar and fats in them. I also appreciate that they don't have a lot of food additives unlike other protein bars that I have seen that have a ton of them. Overall I highly suggest them.

Excellent 🥰

I got the caramel chaos bar as I need to keep up with the protein and calories during the day. Its an excellent grab and go that you can have any place anytime and requires no microwave/refrigerator. The taste is good, sweet enough not too much, and for those complaining about the taste, well, a protein bar is not supposed to make you wanna eat more, is supposed to give you a bit of food to keep you going and this is exactly what this bar does. Also it will not make me bloated as my gut buds will over react to different foods like nuts and some veggies. I can still add a fruit or something little else as is not many calories. Good value for the price, best before 8 months later, good package, perfect delivery by My GYm Supplements, 5 stars out of 5, I couldn't ask for more for a perfect minimeal with a protein punch, I recommend! Thanks! ☺️

Saving Pennies for Yummy Items

These are my husband and I's favourite protein bar. Not so chewy or powdery as many others and taste like a real treat. Buying them in bulk like this makes them a lot cheaper.

They are not dry at all and they have such a sweet and decadent flavour that I could cry evey time I take a bite. They are so high in protein and low in sugar but they taste like they would have tonnes of sugar and the size is perfect. BUY THESE PROTEIN BARS but not all of them because u need to save some for me. heheheheheheheheh

I bought these after reading reviews and because they were discounted to $30, which is still a tad high for me but they're worth it, 20gr of protein in a yummy tasting, guilt free snack ...

wil buy more when they're on sale for sure.

Expiry date for this lot is August 24 so no fear of out of date waste

Best tasting protein bars purchased as of yet, with next to NO CARBS!

I bought these protein bars as part of my training and diet regime. As a huge fan of grenade and previously purchasing their Hydra 6 protein powder in the same flavour of Cookies and Ceeam and their Defend BCAA in green apple flavour - I can say that this product matches all reviews of those Grenade products listed above.

I'd go as far to say that it is almost a meal replacement. Great to grab and go. Especially if you are reducing Carbs within your Macros. Like a chocolate bar but the nutrient content is designed for fitness or muscle building programmes/diets - Hence being high in protein.

Also would like to add that is subsides the sweet cravings. If I have a sweet tooth, this helps by far.

100% recommend alongside alot of Grenade products to be honest. Price worth paying. For taste let alone physical results.

Heaven in a bar!

Now, if you’re like me, you've tried a whole heap of protein bars. Scanning the shelves, checking the macros and wincing a little at the price you’re paying for a snack. These are not like most bars I've tried! Yes, they may not be the healthiest thing in the world. Bit they’re not half bad and I’d go as far as saying I prefer them to a lot of standard chocolate bars. They’re easy to eat unlike the typical chewy protein bars you come across.

Although they’re a lot cheaper here on My GYm Supplements, they only come in boxes of 12. If you haven't tried the flavours yet, I’d recommend buying the mixed pack with one of each (or buying a sample flavour from a local shop - they seem readily available and trust me it's worth trying before you realise you’re stuck with a box of them).

Now, I realise everyone's tastes are different but I’ll let you know what I think of the flavours in the hope that it helps someone.

Banana Armour - It's okay but as with many banana flavour things, quite artificial.

Birthday Cake - Sweet. Sprinkles make for a worse texture. Nice to try but won't buy again.

Caramel Chaos - My go to for a long time. Caramel and crispy bits. Delicious.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough - My favourite. Incredibly. My mouth is watering right now.

Chocolate Crunch - Like the caramel without the flavour. Don't recommend.

Chocolate Mint - Nice flavour. Dark chocolate. Not a strong mint.

Cookies and Cream - Not to be confused with cookie dough. Flavourless.

Dark Chocolate Raspberry - Like a Thornton's chocolate! Too sweet for me to eat more than half comfortably.

Fudge Brownie - A lovely chocolate fudge flavour. Would highly recommend.

Jaffa Quake - Tastes surprisingly like a Jaffa Cake. Not bad.

Peanut Nutter - Not being a peanut lover it's difficult to review but a strong peanut taste.

White Chocolate Cookie - I like the idea of white but altogether lacks flavour.

White Chocolate Mocha - Subtle coffee taste. I enjoyed the odd bar but quickly became bored of them.

White Chocolate Slated Peanut - A weaker peanut flavour. Nice but not for me.

Hope this has been helpful and yes, I am far too obsessed with these!
