None of that synthetic crap Ascorbic acid, this is extracts from plants and fruits, now it's not exactly 1000mg, but it's close per capsule, dosage is 1-2 per day, I take 1 because it lasts longer that way. I prefer these kind of natural supplements, in compared to the overdosed synthetic types. Your body will thank you for taking natural rather than synthetic, found it easy to swallow, and should last 60 days for 1 per day. It is a nice compliment to a healthy diet for extra natural vitamin-c. No fillers or binders, is vegan and most likely GMO free, it doesn't say GMO free though, they might want to update the page, or it might contain GMO would be nice to know, I doubt it has GMO if it has all the other check boxes. Straight up pure extracts as far as I can tell.

Used to support immune system, helping to protect cells and keeping them healthy, maintaining healthy skin, blood vessels, bones and cartilage to name a few. I love it, just wish it was 180 capsules cause 22 quid that's steep, but you get what you pay for I guess. I had to take a star off for value for money, but it's a good product.

Good quality and easy to swallow

I was looking for a natural and not synthetic vitamin C. I'm happy with it and i ordered anotherone, the only slightly confused things is - the colour of the capsules from the both bottles i have differs... I want to believe it's vitamin C, the purple one... As the first i had, is the yellow one. Opened it up, its not the colour of the packaging... So... Let's hope its just an additional flavouring that has added that colour to this batch....

Take these for a winter boost, hopefully keep my immune system strong. Easy to swallow & no unnecessary ingredients.

good on time

Had been feeling worn and fatigued for 2 weeks, then sneezing and blowing nose. Skin irritated to wear i'd be rubbing it for relief, eyes irritated.

Realised my Vitamin C intake must be zilch, since i smoke roll ups.

Ordered these capsules, they arrived about 3 days later. Took 2 and within a few short minutes, the runny nose, the fatigue, the skin/eye irritation was GONE!

As Zinc requires Vit' C for better absorption, i take it with these capsules. Vit' C is not stored in the body, i have learned, so intake needs to be regular.

With the range of food sources that make up these Vit' C capsules, i know that the combination and variety are happily received into the body, as compared to only Ascorbic Acid supplements.

Just been informed that they made a mistake..it is indeed 1000mg Vit c per capsule. They had thought I was referring to their zinc/vitc product so now withdraw my last review if it's ever printed.
