Applied Nutrition Zinc, Magnesium and Vitamin B6

A combo that I use regularly, if you landed on this product, then I am guessing you know of its benefits. All I can add is that you get a fairly decent amount of dosage for what you pay compared to what you would pay at your local store.

I've used it regularly for a while. It's easy and comfortable to use. I had no problems swallowing it. It doesn't have a distinct taste.

It's a natural supplement containing magnesium and vitamin B6. I usually take it before bed, and I can say that it helps me fall asleep more easily. The bottle contains 90 capsules. I recommend it to anyone who needs it. Goog wuality and value for money

Decent quality supplement with good dosages of each ingredient. Having used these for the last month I've noticed a positive improvement in my sleep quality (I use a watch to track sleep so can see how it's being affected). The capsules are easy to swallow with no aftertaste or ill effects.

As always quality from Applied Nutrition at an affordable price.

But must say they have improved my sleep quality (I tend to track this). Takes around a week or so to kick in for me but everyone is different. Goes down with ease as long as you have a good drink and I find taking them 30 mins before bed seems to be enough.

I use plenty of Applied Nutrition stuff - from their EAAs through their blend of sugars for endurance running, to their ABE pre-workout supplement. All are very good quality and help me greatly with my training.

I thought I'd try their magnesium mix. I started using magnesium not long ago and honestly it was a game changer in terms of my stress relief. It's like a natural anti-depressant. I feel a lot calmer and focused since using magnesium.

I normally use magnesium bisglycynate, as this type is best absorbed by your body. But I read that a mix of different magnesium types can better support other things. So here you have a mix of magnesium bisglycynate and magnesium citrate. The first one has the most elemental magnesium and is great for stress relief and better sleep. The second is slightly less well absorbed and has a slight laxative effect - it's good for constipation - sort of regulates your stomach.

On top of that you have zinc which helps if you take protein, vitamin B6 for the immune system and ashwagandha, which further boosts your mental health and helps with sleep.

It sounds like a good mix. The box is tall and slim and upon opening you realize it's almost half-empty. It is the case with most Applied Nutrition products. As annoying as it may seem, space in containers is needed to extend the life of the product and of course - prevent the content from getting out by accident. It is clearly mentioned at the front label that there are 90 capsule tablets inside, which should be taken in sets of 3, so each box will last for a month.

The capsules are quick dissolving ones, which means you're best having them with lots of water one by one. They're standard size, but people who struggle with tablets in general will struggle here. There are magnesium products out there you can dissolve and drink, so probably that's a better choice for them. Luckily I don't have that problem.

The £20 price is slightly high for a month's supply of magnesium, which isn't essential for you to take. I would want to see it come down, but I feel good after taking them (I was taking magnesium before so I can only tell I can't see things getting worse after switching to this product. A bit expensive, but good - happy to recommend.

Excellent and arrived before expected Applied Nutrition has the bes product presentation

Each bottle has a months worth of pills. These contain zinc, magnesium, B6 and Ashwagandha. This is a good pre bed combination and I really feel the benefits, though I can't comment on the efficacy. The brand is well known and has the tested for athletes certificate so they seem a good choice. Reasonably priced and would buy again.
