Not sure how much it actually impacts my bod composition , but I like the sweet flavours and the tub lasts a while.

Taste is good price is good most of the others don't taste good I never know if aminos work don't feel any difference

Great flavour, mixes well and Ive had no side effects which is a huge plus for me as I have a really delicate digestive system.

I can't tolerate caffeine but felt i wanted something extra during my workouts and this has really helped.

I've noticed this absolutely helps with my recovery after an intense workout. I'm not as sore as I would be when I don't take it during or after I finished my session. I also use it as pre/in/post workout and it seems to be fuelling my muscle and helps me push past the wall that often builds up when fatigue sets in. The taste is great. Wasn't a fan at first but it works for me now. Make sure you mix it with plenty of water tough, for those who don't have a sweet tooth.
