Directions

Mix 1 heaped scoop (12.5g) with 250ml of cold water and consume 15 minutes prior to exercise. New Users: Use half scoop for the first 7 days. Use only as directed. Scoops are estimate only, weighing scales are recommended.

I tried the sour apple flavor, and it tasted amazing – definitely a refreshing change from typical pre-workouts. I like adding some ice to it before I drink! The quality felt good too!

The dose is a bit higher than what I’m used to, so I did experience the classic “tingles,” but it wasn't uncomfortable. It worked quickly too! After taking it, I noticed a clear boost in my performance – more energy and focus during my workout. It really helped me push through my sets. I was able to even add extra sets in! Worked amazingly. Overall, I’m very pleased with this pre-workout and will definitely be repurchasing as it's worth your money!

My favourite go to brand for pre workouts. Received a free sample of this flavour in a direct purchase fron A.N. Has a bit more zip/kick to this flavour than some others for some reason. Great taste great price so throughly recommend a try.

Honestly, it's okay.

Honestly, it's okay. For it's price it's decent, kind of what I expected apart from taste. This flavour has been hyped up on socials quite a lot but I personally found it pretty average, maybe even sub-par. The energy boost is alright, I do feel it but it's not a crazy kick like some of the other ones I've had. However, the pump with it was pretty good and felt pretty good. The breathe easy technology feels like a peppermint, it does work but not for long.

Overall, it's easy to scoop and use and gives a good pump with okay levels of energy. I would recommend this to anyone starting out at the gym if you're able to get it on discount, it's not too bad. The packaging is nice and pretty high quality.
