YuBi Bar Protein Bar

I like to review things for what they are not what I *wish* they were. Did I want these to taste identical to an Oreo chocolate bar – yes. Can they realistically taste like that AND only have 99 calories AND have 10g of protein?? No! So yes, for 99 calories and 10g of protein these taste AMAZING. They satisfy a sweet craving without spiking my blood sugar and help me add essential protein to my diet as a dairy intolerant vegetarian! A protein shake can do the job just as well but unfortunately lately I can't seem to stomach them like I used to, these protein bars are a winner! Can't wait to try other flavours too

Good selection of flavours and good value for money for the content.

Not as large as other bars, but these do have around half the protein content of some other bars. They have a nice taste, with no awful aftertaste, and the quality looks good. They aren't too sticky and are easily portable if you want to slip one in a bag as they are small.

As I am gluten free and have been advised by doctor to stay away from dairy when possible, as a gym goer this protein bar fitted all of the macros perfectly! 10g of protein, virtually no sugar and low calorie count means it is a healthy option either first thing in day to get your protein in or after a gym session! The texture is pretty smooth and it seems a pretty good quality bar and it does taste excellent. I plan to further explore the Yubi bars and find my favourite flavours but I suspect this will be in my top 3! Good value for money and would highly recommend for those with or without the allergens!

These protein bars are absolutely delicious and the calorie to protein ratio is unlike any I have seen anywhere else before. It's honestly such a win and I've been raving about these to everybody I know. Can't wait to try the other variety pack!

Lovely protein bars 2nd box I've ordered for myself plus ordered this one and one from the other mixed box of bars they sell for a friend . Using these as part of a diet . Really tasty nice texture and flavours would certainly buy again and would recommend.

These bars are so small you need 2 in one sitting! Talk about inflation.. Don't be fooled into thinking you're getting a good deal here because you aren't. I won't be buying again even though the bars tasted marginally good........

Great calorie to protein ratio but absolutely tasteless. I tried the speculoos version and it tasted of nothing. Not overly sweet, and an ok texture.

Satisfy that sweet craving with under 100cal and 10g protein! That's what I bought them for and that's what they do. Tasty little bars perfect for a sweet treat and helps me keep in my calorie deficit and hit my protein goals. I found other protein bars are a bit too heavy/dense for me and a bit sickly but these little bars hit the spot, they're dairy free/plant based and don't seem to be as sweet as other brands which I prefer. Decent value for money also and great quality.

Very disappointed in these bars. For a protein bar they are small and insubstantial, plus nearly every one in the box had a white haze on the chocolate coating, making it taste pretty awful. I shan't be buying these again.

The doc said I needed to lose weight. The problem is that I work from home, and I need to be in front of the laptop for 8+ hours. Then, when I'm not in front of the laptop, I'm ferrying the kids between activities. None of these really get my stepcount up, but I'm still hungry, and I'll need to grab a snack from time to time.

If I had more time, I'd try to make granola bars etc, but between work, the kids, the house and the things I want to get done for myself, I just need to spend cash and get a snack quickly. Rather than nip into the shop and grab a buttery fattening sandwich, these bars are a perfect substitute. The box just sits in the cupboard, and if I'm running to do something, or quickly need a snack between meetings with a coffee, I'll grab a bar and run back upstairs.

The calorie count is low (99) per bar, and the flavour is acceptable. They're diet bars, so you're not going to have the lush oily/chocolatty flavour of a full on chocolate bar, but there's enough of a chocolate coating, or marshmellow flavour that you get that "sweet" hit with the coffee that takes the edge off your hunger.

The price is pretty good too compared to nipping into the shops. Some of these bars are going for over £2.00 in the shops, that £24 for 12, which I think is just too much for me. If I grab one mid-morning, have one as dessert for lunch and one mid-afternoon to prevent me snacking, then that would be over £6 a day on top of normal food bills. Too much.

These are a much better price and work for my budget.

So far so good. Only tried the Choc fudge and Hazelnut but both really nice. Was worried about some of the reviews and the products being heat damaged (I've had other protein bars heat damaged) but the ones I received were good. They are smaller than a normal protein bar, so half the calories and 10g protein, the perfect size for a snack that fits in with my calorie/protein intake. Texture is ok, sugar is low. They are not overly sweet either.
