Good quality protein shakes. Taste nice, are not powdery and have a nice thick texture. I've read reviews about upset stomachs and I agree they do. However, I found it only happened on the first one. The 2nd shake didn't cause me any problems and so I put this down to my stomach just getting used to the high level of protein. If you're looking for high protein, on the go breakfast/ lunch that will keep you full until dinner, give these a go.

I've been on these for only 3 days, I have one for breakfast as a meal replacement whilst eating in a calorie deficit to try to loose weight and they are so good, one in the morning fills me up until after dinner time so I don't snack at all anymore.

Only issue is they make u feel abit bloated for about an hour or 2 after drinking them but that's because they are quite thick, the vanilla flavour is really food, slightly powdery texture but nothing major. Wish they was slightly cheaper but you get what you pay for they have loads of vitamins and nutrients so it's worth it. Not full of sugar like the cheaper brands. Definitely recommend, you don't feel hungry after drinking them, it's worth the money.

I expected a chalky mess, but this was smooth, fruity, and genuinely satisfying. Great for busy days when I want to eat like an adult but live like a raccoon. It fills me up and doesn't give me that weird sugar crash.

A tad pricey which is the main negative. The chocolate flavour is questionable at best but good texture and consistency. If you care more about macros and are lazy like me then this is good for you.
