As I have a mentally intense job I always try supplements which can help with my brain's health, my energy levels and similar. So I tried these ones. Best time to drink them before work as it can give you a bit of a boost throughout the day.

They have quite good ingredients and a lot of them are in one capsule. Such as Ashwagandha which can help with brain function and can help to improve memory in addition, it has other great benefits for your body and health. Korean ginseng can help with overall health and strengthen the immune system. Furthermore, you get other ingredients which can help with an energy level such as green tea, B12 and zinc.

You get a month's supply in the bottle as the recommended dose is 2 capsules a day. Which is a bit pricy as for a bottle you would need to pay 31.99 at the moment. The capsules are easy to swallow with water.

Overall good supplement a bit pricy but gives a bit of energy throughout the day.

May help with study, and concentration with those ingredients. I didn't think this would have 100mg of caffeine in it when ordering. It doesn't taste much of anything, my mind feels like more clear so I can remember things and think about things more clearly. This is a tad boost only however, I can't have it too late at night, the caffeine in it kept me up till 3am last night. I took it at 12am thinking it was just for memory clarity, then saw the caffeine ingredient after i downed one dose which is 2 capsules daily with water. I didn't like that, but in the morning it's above average memory clarity, there's some irony in remembering to take it in the morning.

The downsides to this is the price is high, and not being able to take it at night. Would rather have memory boost supplements without caffeine, but 4 stars for being virtually clear with the ingredients, not having anything that's really nasty in this, and providing some mental clarity with me.

I ordered these to help combat winter blues. I am taking in conjunction with St John's Wort to maximise mood, focus and generally mental well-being.

I have currently been taking them for five days, as yet I cannot say I've noticed any improvement but sometimes these things take slightly longer. A positive is as the days grow shorter and darker, I haven't felt any worse.

They are easy to swallow, although in my opinion they do have a strange smell and aftertaste. I thought it was slightly fishy, but being suitable for vegans this is not the case, it could be the herbal properties, saying that It's not offensive and it doesn't hang around once swallowed.

They are quite pricy so I’d like to be able to see significant improvement before I decided to continue purchasing them.

Quite a large capsule. The lid perhaps could be improved upon and could be made simpler. Difficult to quantify the effectiveness after a short period of time, and as caffeine is in the ingredients it may be easy to confuse what the actually kick is and the clarity benefits.

Taking this product you can almost immediately feel an effect. The brain reacts slightly better to everyday situations. I am very impressed with this product given the price and its effectiveness. This is one product that works well for the brain and I am happy to recommend it.

This Nootropic supplement has 60 Capsules in a standard supplement container. The container is 4 inches tall (10cm) and 2 Inches across (5cm). The recommended dosage is 2 capsules a day giving 30 days supply. The supplements have an expiry date 13 months after delivery.

There is a faint smell in the container when opened, which is not unpleasant. The capsules are quite large, about the size of a multi vitamin. There is a slight taste when taking the tablet but again not unpleasant and no real aftertaste. The tablets were easy to swallow.

The container is recyclable (type 1). The product is made in the UK and is suitable for Vegans. The ingredients are varied but relate to cognitive function, memory and learning, which is of particular interest to me due to past illness. The ingredients include; Panax Ginseng, Guarana,Bacopa, Ginkgo Leaf, Ashwagandha, Green Tea, Caffeine, L-Theanine, L-Tyrosine, Rosemary Leaf Extract, Curcumin, Niacin, Zinc, Folic Acid, Iodine and more (24 in total).

This is the most comprehensive set of cognitive focused ingredients I have seen (and I look a lot in this area) and seems extremely well thought out. Many of these ingredients are available individually as supplements. Whilst this is premium price this could replace those taking a much wider range of supplements. This is well worth considering despite its premium pricing because of this.

These are great for staying focused and working for longer, would recommend!

Suffice it to say that I am very happy with these Nootropic Brain Supplement with Ashwagandha capsules from Feel Supreme and am likely to buy more. Good ingredients at decent strengths and good value. They are easy to swallow and tasteless with no unpleasant or unwanted side effects so far.
