Good product but not sure how effective it is?

Tastes nice enough and mixes well. How effective it is I am uncertain on. I've always used the standard ABE pre workout powders before, especially the energy flavour. Compared to those, this doesn't give you the caffeine buzz and tingles that the standard stuff does. I thought I would try it to see what the difference was. I’m not disappointed with it, however I do miss the tingly sensations and obvious energy rush that the standard pre workout gives. Probably more suited to those who are sensitive to caffeine, but for those who want the rush and to feel charged up before a workout, this might not be the right thing for you.

As far as stim free goes, I really like this stuff. Sometimes pre-workout makes me feel sick, usually the insane caffeine, but have had it with stim free too. This stuff tastes lovely, mixes with a quick stir and if you take the full 2 scoops will give you the pre gym tingles. I tend to take 1 scoop on cardio days or non training days to keep topped up with creatine. Pound for pound, it's a great product

Best Non Caffeine Pre Workout

This product is great I keep coming back to it. I have used the ABE pre workout which I like and this is great but with a better pump and no caffeine jitters. It still has beta alanine (bee hive effect) which i do like as it feels like its working.

The red hawian flavour is like a fruit punch but not a horrible cheap flavour quite enjoyable.

10/10 taste, and feels very effective. Great to have if you like a late workout, or can be stacked with caffeine.

This product is great I keep coming back to it. I have used the ABE pre workout which I like and this is great but with a better pump and no caffeine jitters. It still has beta alanine (bee hive effect) which i do like as it feels like its working.

Best tasting pump formula I've tried, always have a good workout that I enjoy because of increased drive from the tyrosine and pumps are noticeably better in terms of vascularity from citrulline and keeps me consistent with creatine intake which is a huge +. Good to know it restores some choline that gets depleted after a workout too. Quite expensive only downside.
