Directions

Add 750-1000 ml (~24-32 fl oz) of water to a blender or large shaker cup, then add 4 scoops of MUTANT MASS, blend or shake for 20-30 seconds. Tastes amazing in water - Tastes even better in milk! Cookies and cream tastes good and mixes well. I have it with banana grapes and almond nuts all blended up 🤤 i have 2 scoops twice a day but only on day 2 so not sure if iv put any weight on yet but will see in a week or so 👍🏻

Great taste

This product really tastes great, but not sure how effective it is.

I have bought 3 of these so far and use them as a post workout supplement. The recommended amount of scoops is 4 scoops which are 1000 calories, but I only take 2 as 1000 calories just sounded a bit much. I haven't lost weight taking it but also haven't gained weight so all I can say is it tastes nice and fills the hole after an intense workout.

Terrible gas…

Tastes fine, does the job. But the stuff gives me really bad gas. My partner very quickly banned me from using it lol

Great if you purely want to build mass!

A great product if you really are just trying to gain as much weight as possible, it does the job for that. This product does not concentrate just on the protein but instead gives you also a massive amount of carbs per serving, so beware if you already have any weight on you at all this may not be the best product for you, especially if you are trying to cut up. The flavour I got was cookies and cream which is ok but a little bit sickly, you basically just have to get it down you as quick as you can, but it also does fill you up quite a lot too so remember that if you are about to eat a meal afterwards. If you need mass then go for this, if you need definition then another choice concentrating purely on protein may be your best option.

Great value, great results

Overall I would seriously rate this product, compared to other brands in this size the pricing is very reasonable, having been through many alternatives I definitely feel like I will be sticking with this for a while.

In terms of taste it can be very sweet and I have used the suggestion another review made about adding olive oil and oats to take some of that away, works well. I know some people find these shakes very rich but I have to say it's not unique to this brand because I have had much worse you just get used to it really.

On the subject of bloating; if you experience any bloating then why are you continuing to consume the full 4 scoops, to put it this way it is over 1000 calories which comparatively is an average fish and chips dinner, now imagine consuming that as a blended liquid of course it will bloat you, the reason you don't bloat on a dinner is because you eat slower. So do the same with your shake if you cannot handle it in one bash just take it easy or spread the 'dosage' out over the day.

Results: I would also have to say this is why I have stuck with this brand and have now had this for several months. I'm making some great Gains and am up to near 15st (95kg) from roughly 13St (83kg), I have a pretty balanced well rounded diet with those occasional cheat days.

Overall no matter what type of gainer you take if you want to look like a beast then act like it in the gym and make sure you eat like one (in a sensible healthy way). Ultimately this should only supplement a bulk not be the core of your calorie intake!

I've had the cookies and cream and the vanilla ice cream and they both taste amazing. I only ever mix them with milk and they are so thick and nice.

They take a lot of shaking but that's expected since you use a lot at once.
