Introducing MyGymSupplements Shipping Protection. Couriers can have off days, but your order should not suffer for it. Add Shipping Protection at checkout to safeguard your purchase against loss in transit, damage on arrival, or unexpected delivery issues so you can focus on the gains, not the guesswork.

What is covered

• Lost packages: If your parcel goes missing in transit, we will step in and set things right.

• Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, we will resolve it promptly.

• Priority support: Claims are handled on a priority basis for faster outcomes.

How to file a claim

If something is not right, contact us as soon as possible with the details below.

• Lost packages: Report within 5 days of the expected delivery date.

• Damaged items: Report within 24 hours of delivery.

Provide:

• Your order number
  

• Clear photos for damaged items

• Any courier confirmation or tracking evidence for lost items if available

Claims submitted outside these windows may not be approved.

What happens after approval

Once your claim is approved, you can choose one of the following:

• Replacement of the affected item

• Store credit to spend at MyGymSupplements

• Refund if a replacement is not suitable

Note: the Shipping Protection fee itself is non refundable.

What is not covered

• Addresses entered incorrectly at checkout

• Parcels marked Delivered by the courier without clear evidence of theft or misdelivery

• Buyer’s remorse or general product dissatisfaction

• Delays caused by extreme weather or natural events

• Claims submitted outside the stated timeframes
